FAQ

Common questions.

Open @dropio_price_bot on Telegram and send /start. Verify your email with the code the bot sends, then use /addproduct to paste a product URL and set a target price. The whole setup takes about 60 seconds.

First try sending /cancel to reset any stuck conversation state, then /start. If the bot still doesn't reply, Telegram may be experiencing delays — check Downdetector. If the issue persists after 10 minutes, email support@dropiio.com with your Telegram username.

A few common causes: (1) Notifications may be muted for that product — send /mute and re-enable it. (2) The price may have dropped but didn't quite reach your target. (3) The scraper may have hit an anti-bot wall on that check — it will retry on the next interval. If alerts are consistently missing, email us with the product URL and your Telegram username.

Send /changeprice in the bot. You'll see a list of your tracked products — select one and enter the new target. Targets must be below the current live price to prevent accidental triggers.

Send /changeemail in the bot. You'll be prompted to enter the new address and verify it with a 6-digit code. Your account and tracked products stay unchanged.

Email support@dropiio.com with the subject "Account deletion" from the email address on your account. We'll permanently delete all stored data (email, tracked URLs, price history) within 30 days and send confirmation.
