These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Dropiio. By downloading, accessing, or using the Dropiio iOS app or the website at dropiio.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using Dropiio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 12. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Dropiio ("we", "us", "our") is a price-tracking service available through the Dropiio iOS app and the web application at dropiio.com. You submit product URLs and a target price, and we periodically check those pages and send you a push notification when the price reaches or drops below your target.
Dropiio is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the online stores or brands whose products you track. We do not sell any of those products and we are never a party to any purchase you make.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dropiio. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You agree to use Dropiio only for lawful, personal price-tracking purposes. You agree not to:

Dropiio reads publicly available product pages to estimate prices. Because those pages are controlled by third parties and can change at any time, we cannot guarantee that the price, availability, currency, or product details we show are accurate, complete, or current.
Always verify the price on the store's own page before you buy. A Dropiio alert is a prompt to check — not a guarantee of price or availability. We are not responsible for purchases you make, for price changes that happen between a check and your visit, or for any store declining a sale.
Some stores employ anti-bot measures or change their layout in ways that prevent accurate scraping. When that happens, a check may be skipped or delayed, and an alert may be missed. We work to support as many stores as we can but make no promise that any specific URL will be trackable.
Price alerts are delivered as push notifications to your device. Delivery depends on factors outside our control, including Apple Push Notification service, your device settings, network connectivity, and your notification permissions. We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered at all. You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Dropiio is currently free to use, and we do not collect payment card details. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will present the pricing and terms clearly before you are charged, and any purchase made through the App Store will be subject to Apple's billing terms and your right to cancel through your Apple ID settings.
The Dropiio app, website, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service except as expressly permitted.
Product names, logos, and trademarks of the stores and brands you track belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The Dropiio iOS app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You acknowledge that:
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that alerts will be timely or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropiio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, or opportunities — including any purchase you make or miss, or any price you pay — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Dropiio at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@dropiio.com with the subject "Account deletion". We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
We are constantly improving Dropiio and may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. If you don't agree with the updated Terms, your remedy is to stop using the service.
